Cana Manzella, LMT

Massage Therapist

Cana has been a leader and a true team player since her childhood. As early as age 14, she was a star water polo player, playing for club water polo and Junior Team USA, winning multiple gold medals. She graduated from Foothill High School in 2015. In all four years, she served as team captain for the water polo team. During that time, she was honored as an All-American & All County Water Polo player, while twice being named Player of the Year.

In 2016, Cana was on her way to competing on the US Olympic water polo team in the Rio Olympics when she injured her groin during a water polo game. After a time of introspection, instead of being broken and giving up, she decided to transmute her love of water polo into a love for body mechanics.  In 2020, Cana graduated from the National Holistic Institute in Santa Ana, Ca with masters in both massage therapy and the advanced neuromuscular therapy program. She used the same discipline that made her a top tier athlete to become a top tier masseuse.

As a masseuse with dedication, hard work, and passion, she gives her clients her utmost highest knowledge. Bringing out the best in people is one of Cana’s core values. She pushes her clients to reach their highest potential, not just in performance for their athletic career but in all around health. She believes that mind, body, and soul are all connected. Her focus is total body wellness and is actively serving her community, healing one body at a time.
Cana also enjoys exploring and serving the world at large.  During her international travels competing in water polo, she made time to volunteer and teach swimming and water polo lessons to grade school children and special needs children.  In her spare time, Cana enjoys fun activities like surfing, camping, volunteering, and spending time with her family.
