Core Performance Physical Therapy was developed to help patients achieve their highest level of physical performance and functional independence. We have made it our mission to help reduce pain, improve strength and flexibility, and restore physical mobility. We specialize in physical movement assessments to find out whether or not the body is moving efficiently. With a comprehensive physical examination, we are able to isolate muscle imbalances and joint dysfunctions that contribute to mechanical breakdowns in various movement patterns. We utilize corrective exercise to help address asymmetries in muscle function. Manual therapy can be used to address joint stiffness or facilitate proper muscle recruitment patterns. In acute cases, modalities can be implemented to address pain and inflammation.
Physical Therapy is indicated for, and not limited to, body aches and pains from repetitive stress injuries and trauma related injuries, arthritis, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, post-fracture recovery, muscle atrophy, muscle imbalances, stroke or Parkinson’s disease, neurological dysfunctions, difficulty walking, falls, accidents or traumas, and impaired balance.
