Mallory was born and raised in Huntington Beach, California. In 2021, she graduated Chapman University with a Bachelor’s in Science degree in Health Sciences with a minor in nutrition. During her undergraduate career, Mallory researched anticipatory postural control in young adults with chronic lower back pain. Her love for patient interaction and health ultimately lead her to the healthcare field. Currently, Mallory is working towards receiving her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, while she applies to graduate school. When she is not working, Mallory loves practicing yoga, baking, and gardening.
