Yadira Canada Physical Therapy Aide
Born and raised in Santa Ana, Yadira grew up with a love for basketball - a sport that first sparked her interest in physical therapy. After experiencing how PT can help athletes recover and seeing the impact it could have on family members managing arthritis, her passion for helping others through movement and healing only grew stronger.
Yadira earned her associate’s degree from Cypress College and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in Kinesiology at Cal State Fullerton. At Core Performance, she’s excited to deepen her knowledge of kinesiology, fitness, and injury recovery, with the goal of helping people move better and feel their best.
Outside of work and school, Yadira enjoys going to the gym, spending summer days at the beach, catching the latest movies, and visiting Disneyland. She loves quality time with her friends, family, her boyfriend - and her two cats.
