Ryan (Sung Won) Kal Physical Therapy Aide
Originally from South Korea, Ryan moved to California at a young age and grew up in the city of La Palma. Throughout high school, he developed a strong passion for sports and fitness, participating in both soccer and track. He went on to graduate from UC Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and is currently gaining experience as he prepares to apply to a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
In addition, Ryan is pursuing certifications in personal training and nutrition to deepen his expertise in exercise science and coaching. He thrives on new challenges and is always eager to expand his anatomical knowledge.
Outside of his academic and professional interests, Ryan enjoys making music, running, and working out— and he's currently on the lookout for a new sport to try.
