Physical Therapy Aide

Jered was raised in the San Gabriel Valley. He grew up playing competitive sports, from the ages of 4-18, like football, basketball, baseball, and volleyball. During his sophomore year of high school, he had surgery on both knees from playing football. After his surgery, Jered saw a physical therapist for the first time. After a few sessions with the PT, he considered pursing Physical Therapy school. In 2018, Jered traveled to Africa for a Global Health Engagement class, where he assisted a physical therapist and athletic trainers, and worked on many patients at a hospital.
Jered graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at California Baptist University. Jered is currently taking a few classes at a community college. He is hoping to attend Physical Therapy school or Physician Assistant school.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and girlfriend, volunteering at his church, going to the beach, playing with his dog, and watching sports.
