Jana is from Daly City, California. She got her associates in Kinesiology and transferred to California State University, Fullerton to pursue her bachelors degree in Kinesiology. After she completes her undergraduate program, she will continue to try to pursue going to graduate school for Physical Therapy.
She played competitive volleyball most of her life and she has suffered multiple knee and ankle injuries throughout middle and high school. Jana is still competing in intramural volleyball at CSUF on top of being a full time student.
Jana decided to pursue Kinesiology and a goal to become a physical therapist because she wants to help those that are injured be able to recover faster and get back to their routine pain-free.
In her free time, she loves to travel, go sight seeing, hang out with family and friends, and work out.
