Eric was born in Garden Grove, California and grew up in Cathedral City. He currently attends Cal State Fullerton as a fourth year kinesiology major.
During his four years at high school, he competed in cross country, track and field, and basketball. He always grew up viewing the human body as a being of untapped potential and he’s always been interested in how much the human body is capable of.
He wants to help people reach their physical activity goals and realize what their minds and bodies are capable of. Eric is interested in learning more about training skills for basketball, strength and conditioning, and athletic training.
When he isn’t busy with work or school, he is listening to PJFPerformance podcasts or health related videos, working out, singing, or playing basketball!
