Physical Therapist
David Gross received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton in 2016 with an emphasis in strength and conditioning. Shortly after completing his undergraduate degree, he took his strength and conditioning background into the sports rehab realm where worked with athletes of all levels ranging from recreational sports to the professional and Olympic level. In 2021, he graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Over the course of these three years, he gained experience working in outpatient orthopedics treating musculoskeletal and sports related injuries. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) and continues to take pride in incorporating specialized exercises into one’s program to surpass their goals. He is certified and trained in the use of blood flow restriction therapy (BFR) and Graston Technique respectfully.
During David’s free time he enjoys working out and rooting for his two favorite sports teams the Los Angeles Angels and Dallas Cowboys. He also loves spending time with his family and friends as well as watching a good movie with his fiancé and their dog Kodi!
