Physical Therapy Aide

Grace is from Wildomar, a city in Riverside California. She grew up competing in Gymnastics for 12 years and started her Cheer and Stunt journey at the beginning of highschool. She has now pursued Cheer and Stunt in college having an academic scholarship and athletic scholarship at Concordia University Irvine working towards getting her bachelors degree in Kinesiology.
Grace has always known she wanted to do something in the area of health and wellness because of her sports experience and background. Starting her Cheer journey she had had some injuries leading her to have surgeries and go to physical therapy herself. Through her journey of recovering the doctor had told her she would never be able to move her fingers again because of all the nerve damage she had from the arm break. But through lots of hard work and working with amazing physical therapists she had gotten full mobility back into her hand and fingers letting her get back to doing what she loves pursuing her cheer and Stunt journey into college. After this experience it led to show Grace how amazing this job really is and wanting to pursue becoming a physical therapist herself to help others to get through injuries as well to get them back to doing what they love.
After graduating from Concordia University Irvine she hopes to attend physical therapy school. She loves spending time with friends and family , going to the beach, running, hiking, and working out at the gym in her free time!
