Michelle Jennison is a Balanced Body Certified Pilates instructor who has been teaching group/private fitness for over five years. With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Michelle has spent the last 10 years working in the Action Sports industry and has decided to move forward with her passion for Pilates as the inspiration.
With a background and genuine love for Pilates, movement and the mind body connection, Michelle is applying her knowledge base in Pilates to the physical therapy world in order to broaden her knowledge as a PT Aide.
Her Private Pilates clients can expect each session to be carefully planned, based on that individual’s goals, moving safely with a focus on alignment, control and strength, and building exercise plans to achieve the maximum benefit. Private Pilates sessions range from rehabilitating a post-operative client, to finding a deep connection to the core by building strength, mobility and balance, or even conditioning and training a current athlete.
In her free time you can find Michelle at the beach, camping, hiking and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
