Jesse Byington

Personal Trainer & Physical Therapy Aide

Jesse was born in South Lake Tahoe, CA and lived there until the age of 5.  He then moved to Victorville, CA where he grew up playing baseball and basketball, and was lucky enough to continue to play baseball in college at the University of Jamestown in Jamestown, ND.  Jesse graduated from University of Jamestown in May of 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise
Science.

Jesse only played college baseball for half a year until he tore his rotator cuff and chose to focus on school work from then on out.  After playing baseball in college he began working alongside the Athletic Training staff because he thought he wanted to become an athletic trainer but realized he wanted to pursue physical therapy instead.   He came to this realization as he was head athletic training student aid.  While at University of Jamestown, Jesse learned a lot about preventative care as well as sports specific rehabilitation in college athletes, specifically with the nationally ranked hockey program and baseball programs.  He cares deeply about others by helping them achieve their true potential.

While in school Jesse also became a certified personal trainer in order to follow his passion for helping others.  Since he injured his shoulder from playing baseball, he became involved in the sport of CrossFit which he fell in love with and is now actively training to become a CrossFit athlete!  Jesse also recently became a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and coaches a few classes a week at CrossFit BeeHive in Victorville.  In his free time, when he’s not training or spending time with friends and family, he loves to be outdoors or at the beach surfing or playing volleyball.
