Have you ever wondered what was that sudden onset of pain or tenderness felt right after lifting a heavy box…
Physical Therapist Aide
Caroline was born and raised in Bozeman, Montana. She is currently enrolled at Montana State University, is working towards a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and plans to continue on to graduate school for Physical Therapy.
As a Cross Country/Track and Field athlete, Caroline has experienced injuries ranging from shin splints to a herniated disc. Going to physical therapy taught her the importance of having overall strength, flexibility, balance, and using correct posture and form to prevent injuries and allow for optimal movement. She now practices this in her own life and as a ski instructor.
In her free time, Caroline enjoys running, mountain biking, skiing, baking and is looking forward to exploring the trails California has to offer and relaxing at the beach.
