Physical Therapy Aide
Alexis was raised in Irvine, CA, where she grew up dancing competitively and still continues to include dance as a part of her active lifestyle. She was also a flyer on the cheer team at her high school. All the hours of dance and cheer practice took a toll on her body, causing muscle pain. As a result, she attended Core Performance Physical Therapy as a patient to help her strengthen and heal the injuries she experienced during high school. At Core she discovered the most amazing and supportive environment of people in the clinic. This inspired Alexis to become more invested in physical therapy and the benefits it brings to the body.
Now, Alexis attends Chapman University with a major in Health Sciences and a minor in Nutrition. Her passion for medicine and the human body has led her to pursue a job in healthcare. Previously, Alexis was a dance teacher and loved to help kids with their technique and flexibility. She is excited to now transfer her passion for helping others and work with patients in a clinical setting.
In her free time, Alexis loves to workout, run, and read books. She is excited for this new opportunity to learn and grow at Core Performance Physical Therapy.
