Everything about my experience was amazing here!
I came in pretty bad shape physically and mentally with a grade 3 ankle sprain. You come to a place like this for the staff. Not only are each one of them a wealth of knowledge, but they are passionate about what they do. You get a sense that they really want to see you succeed. They make sure to push you, and teach you to push yourself. Which was much needed. I can't thank them enough for their kindness, their dedication, and their hard work.
I worked with Kimi mostly, and she was amazing. Incredibly genuine and sweet. She always kept up with me and made sure I had proper form and technique.
I can't streets enough how incredible her and the rest of the teams bed side manner was. It's encouraging when mentally it can be tough at times.
The facility is really nice, quite small, but it wasn't an issue. It was very easy to make appointments and the secretary team was always happy to help!
