This team is so good! I highly recommend. I went to the Irvine location and have worked with Kimi, Adam, Emily, And Dom primarily. Things I like:

2. They are good humans. Kind and caring.
3. They get to know you.
4. They really listen to your progression so the know when you need to go to the next level.
5. Great facility with a mix of TRX, reformer table, floor work.
