    My old back hurt every morning and then I pulled a hamstring and piriformis muscle. I started with PT at Core last summer and have been going 2-3x a week. They worked out a series of specific exercises and massages. It takes time but now I am pain free. I do a short routine every morning and was able to walk 8-9 miles a day on our recent trip to Europe with no aches or pains. The entire team is amazing. My husband who never wanted to go to PT goes to Core for his bad back and doesn't want to miss an appointment. Amazing! Thank you to Amalia and Nicole and to the entire team in NB.
