When deciding on physical therapy providers, I interviewed many in my area of Huntington Beach but also branched out to NB and Costa Mesa. Core came highly recommended by my surgeon but I wasn't convinced until I made an appointment for an introductory meeting with Ryan Martineau, one of the Doctors of Physical Therapy at Core. Out of all the meetings with PT providers, Ryan was the only one that followed up with me and provided objective advice on my treatment whether with Core or another provider.
Because of Core's approach, I picked them and Ryan as my doctor. Throughout my 3 months of therapy, Ryan's goal was to get me back to tennis, strength workouts and cycling at a higher level than before my injury. He emphasized pushing me but at a safe pace so I wouldn't injure myself again. Ryan and all the therapy assistants kept me motivated and led me to a quicker than expected recovery.
