I've been going to Core Performance for about two months now and love it! My physical therapist is Joe in the Irvine location and he's done a fantastic job. He is incredibly friendly and professional. He always asks how I'm feeling and tailors that day's session to my needs. My lower back and hamstrings haven't felt this good in a long time. They are also very flexible in terms of scheduling appointments, I've never had any issues booking a time. 10/10, would recommend to a friend.
