Core performance is a bright open space with lots of different equipment that encourages recovery. John the owner is great and truly interested in everyone's story and recovery! I was in a bad car accident 6 months ago (severe whiplash, weakness, and nerve issues) and have been working with Martin who is both knowledgeable and fun to work with. I have also worked Alex and she is also knowledgeable and encourages positive healing. The most impressive thing is that all the staff introduces themselves to you and makes you feel welcomed!
