I have chronic back spasms and every once in a while my back goes out, and I have to go see someone to get rid of the pain. Accupressure just helped relieve the pain a little temporarily, I've tried many chiropractors, and some were ok. But my back would go out again after a while. (I guess that's why it's call a chronic issue.) Plus some of them seem like used car salesmen to me. I learned at Core Performance that I need to address my core. Everything else just puts a bandaid on the wound but doesn't address the root of the issue. I've tried doing some core training on my own, but I prefer the expertise and experience of John over the suggestions of a personal trainer who may or may not know about my particular issue. Currently, I'm in my longest stretch of time without any back issues. The least I could do is post this review for John. I actually laugh sometimes looking back at the days when I would have to walk hunched over.
