Tori grew up in Huntington Beach, California, where she started playing soccer and volleyball from an early age. She has always enjoyed competitive sports and played both soccer and volleyball up until the end of high school. Tori went to University of California, Santa Barbara and earned a degree in Economics and Accounting. During college and since then, Tori has developed a love for running. She was first introduced to Physical Therapy after a knee injury that occurred after running the San Francisco half marathon. Tori has always loved the PT environment and the one-on-one relationship she has developed with her past physical therapists. After several rounds of physical therapy, Tori was able to get back to her passion for running. She has worked in consulting throughout her post-college career and has decided to make a change to a more fulfilling career so she can work closely with patients to better their health.
When Tori is not working, in class, or volunteering at the Long Beach VA, she loves getting outdoors as much as possible. She enjoys walking or running along the beach, hiking, snowboarding, attending bootcamp classes, cooking, traveling, hosting parties and spending as much time as she can with family, friends and dogs.
